1. Agreement To Terms
By scheduling, booking, or receiving services from GentleSweep Home Services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not book services.
2. Services Provided
GentleSweep Home Services provides residential cleaning services and light commercial cleaning services in Texas with reasonable care, skill, and professionalism. Services may include recurring cleaning, one time cleaning, deep cleaning, move in and move out cleaning, apartment and condo cleaning, special event cleaning, window cleaning, and add on services such as inside oven cleaning and inside refrigerator cleaning. The exact scope of each service is confirmed before the appointment.
3. Client Responsibilities
To help us complete your service safely and efficiently, clients agree to the following:
Provide safe, legal, and timely access to the property at the scheduled service time
Secure or remove valuables, fragile items, personal belongings, and confidential items
Secure pets before the scheduled appointment
Inform us in advance of any fragile, unstable, delicate, or special care items
Provide access to electricity and water when required for the scheduled service
GentleSweep Home Services is not responsible for loss or damage to items that were not properly secured or disclosed.
4. Pre Existing Conditions And Limitations Of Liability
While every effort is made to deliver high quality results, GentleSweep Home Services is not responsible for damage resulting from pre existing conditions, normal wear and tear, improper installation, defective materials, or items that are fragile, unstable, or not disclosed prior to service.
To the extent permitted by Texas law, any liability shall be limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided.
5. Damage And Claims Policy
Any concerns, complaints, or claims related to cleaning services must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. Claims reported after this period may not be eligible for review or resolution. When reporting an issue, please provide a clear description and photos when possible so we can evaluate promptly.
6. Health And Safety
GentleSweep Home Services is not responsible for illness, allergic reactions, or sensitivities related to cleaning products unless special instructions or product restrictions have been agreed upon in writing prior to service. If you have sensitivities, allergies, or product preferences, please notify us before service. Eco friendly products may be available upon request.
7. Access And Utilities
Clients are responsible for providing safe access to the property at the scheduled service time. GentleSweep Home Services is not responsible for incomplete services due to lack of access, unsafe conditions, or utilities being unavailable.
8. Delays And Force Majeure
GentleSweep Home Services is not liable for delays, cancellations, or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, natural disasters, traffic, emergencies, or acts of God.
9. Payment
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. GentleSweep Home Services currently accepts cash only.
10. Cancellations And Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate schedule changes based on availability.
11. Photos And Documentation
For quality assurance, training, or documentation, GentleSweep Home Services may take before and after photos of cleaned areas. We avoid capturing personal or sensitive information whenever possible. If you prefer no photos, please notify us in writing before service.
12. Changes To These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
